Founder & Evangelist | Fire & Rain International
Andrew is first and foremost a child of God. Serving as an Evangelist and Revivalist, he has ministered in over 15 nations from Indonesia to America, the UK to Mozambique. He regularly sees the miraculous take place when he ministers, from blind eyes seeing to the lost finding Jesus.
With over 15 years in ministry, Andrew has partnered with organisations including the Billy Graham Evangelistic Association and Christ for All Nations. He holds an MA in Global Leadership from Fuller Theological Seminary and an MA in Professional Ministry from Melbourne School of Theology.

Co Founder and Operations Support
Joyce is the Co-founder of Fire and Rain and involved in much of the operational support for Fire and Rain including partnerships and trainings.
David Neo
Outreach Director and Evangelist, Asia
David is the head of Outreach for Fire and Rain in Asia and has seen thousands come to Christ through the initiatives has overseen since joining Fire and Rain in 2023. David is married to Su Yen and has several adult children and grandchildren. He lives in Singapore.
Anne Conway
Co-Director, Singapore
Anne is the co-director alongside her husband Reuben. She is also a voice for her generation in Evangelism, and an International Evangelist, seeing many come to Christ. Anne is married to Reuben and lives in Singapore.
Reuben Conway
Evangelist & Co-Director, Singapore
Reuben is an International Evangelist and is currently serving alongside Fire and Rain International Ministries, establishing our Singapore and UK office. He is married to Anne Conway and has moved to Singapore from the UK.
Drs. Clem and Alice Lo
Evangelists
Clem and Alice are international Evangelists and together, have seen thousands of people make decisions for Jesus and many encounter God's healing power globally. They are graduates of Catch the Fire School of Ministry and Clem was also trained and is ordained by Christ for all Nations. They live in Melbourne, Australia and are embedded in their local church, Clayton Church of Christ.
Brayden Woods
S.O.N. Co-Director
Brayden is a co-leader of the School of Nations and an evangelist fueled by a deep passion for his mission. He dedicates each day to overseeing organizational details and handling administrative responsibilities. From scouting new locations to spreading the message of Jesus Christ. He currently resides in Melbourne, Australia.
Kathy Raddatz
Lead Intercessor, Co-Director S.O.N.
Kathy serves as our lead Intercessor, mobilising prayer for the ministry, seeing God’s Kingdom come and winning the battle in the heaven’s before we see it on earth. Kathy is currently living in Cambodia.
Rudi Webel
Projects and Evangelist
Rudi serves as an Evangelist, training others in Evangelism and sharing Christ with many. He also assists with various F&R projects. Rudi is married and has several adult children and grandchildren! He lives in Melbourne, Australia.
